Johannes at the MTN repair centre tells me that i must call the manufacturer (Sony) of my phone myself for a warranty claim although i bought the phone at the MTN shop that he works at. What now??? How must i deal with a third party now??? Your staff has a bad bad attitude towards me. I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL YOU COME TO THE BALL GAME. This R4000 phone will be fixed as per the warranty

You call the branch at 9h37 on a Wednesday morning only to find the number has changed and then to find out as well the new number goes to voice mail. Amazing customer service experience!!!!!

Wonderful store. Does not answer the phone. No queuing system. Understaffed. In fact, if you want to waste hours of your life that you will never ever get back, visit this place.
