Dirty toilets, no grass. Place needs a face lift. Great water rides though, and plenty of braai facilities

The place is nice and relaxing, good for Bloemfontein community. Thanks a lot for the resort, but I personally think much can be done to make the place look very nice and vibrant.

The place is very dusty, they need to pave the area under the gazebo. The pool water was milky and dirty, you cant see the bottom of the pool. Hope nobody drowned unknowingly.

We choose Gwen Bali waterworld for our Christmas party so the staff can enjoy the rides. They had 6 school busses full of kids overcrowding the swimming pool. The lazy river wasnt working. On asking whether they can switch on the lazy river we were met with a very sullen negative attitude. We enjoyed ourselves regardless of the poor customer service but I would advise before you book or decide to go check that all the rides are working. I would advise management to train the staff on customer service.
