I applied for a contract a week ago, yet as this for no results or contract. Was called and asked to come In and sign documents twice and still nothing happens. I am so dissatisfied with cascades mtn.

This outlet provides very poor customer service. They are inefficient and unhelpful. The manager is hardly ever available to deal with problems and they don't answer their phone. Best avoided.

NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES - HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR OVER A WEEK SO WILL NOW HAVE TO DRIVE THERE.

This bunch should close their doors and go home. Took in my phone for a warranty repair, sent me from pillar to post. Then sent me documentation to say it was sent to MTn midrand for repairs. A week later no one can find the phone. Who ends up assisting me a worker from the courier company where is the phone found? In the stores safe😡 all the workers there obviously only come there to earn a salary service is pathetic please to yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else.

Never able to contact them on the phone. Better to arrange a contract on line. They offer a better service because they are commissioned based.
