I have never in my life experienced such a bad level of service than here and we've all been to McDonald's. If you would like to wait longer than a month for your phone to arrive this is your shop if you would like to call their shop for information get ready to call that number atleast 1000 times before they answer funny enough a cellphone store that doesn't answer their own phones. When you have been dealing with a company for longer than 10 years and still get this TERRIBLE service it makes me rethink going back to them. So you have been warned. Rather go to a shop that isn't MTN.
