  Spent my birthday there on the 9th. The rooms are not airconditioned. The B&B is not secured at all and in my view, we were fortunate not to be accosted by armed bandits.
  
  We shall not return to luxury loxley house and suggest the management renames the venue to non luxury Loxley House.
