It is one of the most relaxing places with a nice view,swimming pool and a jungle gym for the kids and the rooms are 1 of a kind

We had a pleasant stay here for my birthday. The location is lovely and the entire midlands feel is great but it just needs some TLC. The staff are great but need a little more training. I can't fault their friendliness and enthusiasm. We took the full package (if there are options) We got 3 x 90minute treatments. Me being one who loves a massage thought the massages were a little short and thus I timed the treatment. Out last treatment fell about 18 minutes short of the 90 minutes.
My only other let down was the sauna. It was a plastic box which let the entire experience of the "spa" feel Down. I expected a wooden sauna over an industrial machine.
Food was splendid and well enjoyed.
Overall we had a good stay and will be back without hesitation.response / report this review -

Beautiful scenery. Amazing massage and friendliest staff. Enjoyed the food. Probably the best place I've been to. I will definitely recommend it to others.
