I've been here since 8am from Jeffreys Bay still waiting for help it 3pm now but still nothing happen and what I saw inside the building still need some renovation because toilets are not in good service things are poor here

The pictures in the review does not reflect the true state of this always very crowded facility. Patients wait for hours to be seen to and if they get admitted they are sometimes lined up in rows of beds in these voyers awaiting for a place in the wards.

Even though they have updated the exterior to a pleasing state, The interior has remained the same and needs a lot of work done. Service could be greatly improved. There is a lot of work needed to be done with this hospital. In all fairness if you have enough patients to get a service then you get at least the basic health care done.

I am waiting from tien to five this morning for my husband file it's been 10 10 and they stil can't get it so after lots af people walk past me not will to help have a other storie all the time I got a Nuwe file how hulp full this is really bad bad ! U go early to get help early and still u don't get help ! Some off the staff is horible there really need to tjek in to this file place it's horrible to sit there u are 1st at the place we're u have to see Dr u are there over 40 !

Went straight to reception and explained my symptoms. One being I had collapsed and I am struggling with dizziness and feeling confused - I had quite a long list of symptoms. Eventually went to the triage section - explained the list. Still after 3 hours I was not seen to. Figured it's better to collapse in my own bed than on their hospital floor.
