Just got woken this morning by a call saying my wife and little girl was in a accident. Drove all the way from kathu to be there for my family. I got to the hospital and found that I couldn't enter due to security officers refusing me to see my child becoz there are visiting hours. I just walked through and got shuffed by two guards. Management should make plan with this. The old man that tried his luck almost got a heart attack
Today I had to report to the emergency room for a serious wound on the left lower side of my stomach. I was assisted with very helpful and caring staff that kept a light atmosphere when working on me, and although i was terribly shaken by the accident i just had, they managed to keep me calm with their positive friendliness. I want to say a really special thanks to Dr S. Janecke and her college that helped me, Lenmed can be very proud to have someone like you guys on their team. You are the reason Lenmed is called a good hospital :)
Just when I thought I could put my trust in Lenmed..For the second time, I am now faced with a hospital bill which my medical aid paid for in 2019 IN FULL; and here BOOM! the same claim surfaced, but only with the total amount much higher! How do you explain this. The procedure was done in December 2018 and paid for..I am confused. SHOULD I USE THE SERVICE OF LENMED IN THE FUTURE AGAIN? NO! I DON'T THINK SO, BECAUSE I TRUSTED LENMED AND MADE A BIG MISTAKE FOR THE SECOND TIME.
Wonderful experience. From the guard outside, through to every staff member we met inside, we found friendly and helpful treatment. Thank you guys for taking such good care of my mother. You made us feel safe and welcome and granny was treated with the utmost respect. My Gos bless your work.
My son was admitted at Lenmed Royal Hospital & Heart Centre in the pediatric ward and ICU. He received top class care, as parents we were taken care off and as parents we were treated with respect, our minds was put at ease.
The hospital staff and doctors involved were very professional, timeous feedback received regarding the condition of my son, treatment plans was discussed and updated regularly.
I will gladly return to this hospital as you are treated as part of a family and not just like a patient.
Well done Royal Hospital and continue the good work at your facility!

I would like to compliment Lenmed Royal hospital dr's and nursing staff my boy is admitted to hospital about once a month. They always help when asked, they treat us with kindness and make us feel its home away from home. Thank you for the great service!
Patients are not given the care they deserve, medical negligence at higher grade.
Ek is bitter baie teleurgesteld.
No wifi for patients.
The facilities are nice and clean. But the medical personal are so unprofessional. My father in law has been here for 6 days and saw the Dr only twice. He is a high risk heart patient and the nursing staff got his medication wrong and sometimes didn't even brought it to him. The are 16 patients in the ICU/CCU ward and only one toilet for all of them. And even the one wasn't even completed so the staff and the patients had to share. This is supposed to be a heart hospital but they don't even have a heart specialist. The family are so upset and we are not the only ones. People book the self out and rather go to Bloemfontein or even the state hospital.
