  We were very grateful to get a room so late and we were very tired. The room was pleasant. A few suggestions: the curtains let in too much light and should be darker and the shower did not work. We had to bath from the basin. Please put a mirror in the bathroom. A woman needs to see her wild hair in the morning.
  The tea was most welcome after a long journey. Thanks once again.
