The highlight of the whole trip. The staff were very helpful and lovely to be around. The ranger and tracker were unbelievable in their skills. Pool was freezing!

Huge reserve with so many animals to see. Best safari park I have visted (out of 2). Excellent accommodation with great staff. Highly recommended. Shout out to Brendon and Dennis.

My first safari and what a way to start. Great Fish River Lodge exceeded my expectations. Accommodation, food, certainly ALL the staff - from the staff at the reception to the rangers, guides, drivers and lodge staff were so knowledgeable and friendly. Off course you go on safari to see the animals, birds and scenery and I was not disappointedspending an hour sitting watching the lions was amazing. The hi lightheading back to the lodge at night, stopping, turning off the Land Rover lights, looking up and seeing the starszero light pollution.
A big thank you to Nick C. - the ranger. His "craic" with the tracker and with us on the Land Rover was worth getting out of bed for at 0530hrsjust a bit worried about his fascination with animal dung!!
I'll be returning in 2018I can't not go backamazing.

Possibly the best attention to detail and service going. I cannot fault anything about our stay (Jan 2017) here. Amazing guides, food, and service from all the staff. Free wifi and laundry!

The most wonderful experience yet again. We will keep returning as often as possible. Great game viewing + The Big Five. A big thank you to Alfie our very knowledgable and passionate ranger. Thanks also to "deadeye" Jay for his enviable eyesight and fabulous Amarula hot chocolate.
