Tranquil & natural backdrop of the gardens and waterfall. Makes u forget u are in a city envriroment. Warm welcoming staff. A menu that offers u a variety of meal choices. That excite your taste buds even befor you recieve your meal.
They cater for all. Vegan, meat lovers, health conscious and all the In-betweens.
You will regret not popping in to this hidden gem situated in the heart of the lowveld.

Beautiful setting. Average food. Ordered lamb shank. Sent it back as it was luke warm. Plates were not hot; never a good sign. Shank was supposed to be marinated in wine, rosemary et al. for 6 hours. It didn't taste like it. Not worth R170. My wife's fish and chips and my son's curry were ok. Service also very average.

Beautiful restaurant, period.
The food was not up to the review of 4.3 at all.
We had a variety from the menu and not a single item made our day.
If your looking to chill and have a cold beer or a bottle of wine on a terraces overlooking the botanical gardens, its the place.
