The reception staff and veterinarian were very caring and compassionate when I brought my old Dachsie in to be put to sleep. I was totally stunned when, two days later, flowers and a lovely condolence card were delivered to my house. Thank you for such exceptional care.

The extended vetshop hours are very useful. Too bad they had to stop the after hours service but I understand they had difficulty in finding vets wanting to work the late hours. Have always found the reception staff friendly and willing to help. My interactions with the vets have only been for minor issues but they have always come across as compassionate and competent.

I have always had nothing but excellent service from the reception staff as well as the vet on duty. My animals have always been well cared for and seem to even enjoy their visits to the practice! Thank you Kloof Road Vet for your outstanding service!
