  Ruined my wedding dress. I trusted them with my couture gown and when i went to collect it it was completely covered in black spots that looked like mould. They could never get these completely out but they were really nonchalant about this and not even apologetic. Pieces of lace that were carefully layered over the bodice are hanging off. Dress feels rough and scratchy now and is misshapen. I don't know what they did to the dress but I would urge others not to use them if your gown means a lot to youheartbreaking. The service and communication with the customer is also non-existant. Truly awful. Just don't take the risk- go somewhere else. NB: Also very suspicious that on the very same day I added this review, two 5 star reviews suddenly appear after years of having no reviews. Read into that what you will!

  I had my wedding dress cleaned before and after my wedding with Ken Dry Cleaners. I could not be more appreciative and happy with the outcome on both occasions. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Carlos, the owner, and his staff for their fantastic service received and the attention to detail. All missing sequences were replaced without having to be askgreat attention to detail and my dress restored to its original state post wedding. Thanking you all again!
