Stay away from this agency. They (Jurgen) do not stand behind their service or bikes. They are booking agents only and if you have a problem you are on your own. They refuse any reasonable compensation for problems.
I rented 2 GS 800 for 7 days. They told me it was peak season and so collected all their cash a month in advance (I later found out it was not even a busy season and tons of bikes were available the entire month I was there). On the first day the GPS did not operate at all and the speedometer on one bike did not work. The speedometer got fixed by a dealer after 2 days of riding and they attempted a fix on the GPS that failed. I asked for a refund on the GPS and some minor compensation for 2 days of no speedometer. They have refused and instead offered a one-day rental next time I rent from them. They know full well this useless as I will not be back in SA. I found that there are tons of place in Cape Town and around SA to rent bikes. Deal directly with a dealer that is actually renting you the bike---not an agent like this that leaves you on your own.response / report this review -
