slow , taking orders wrong from the drive-thru and you have to go inside to get the orders from the drive thru , do yourself a favour and go to Pavarotti's just around the corner

Truth is that KFC is never offering good service, the staff are never friendly. They get your order wrong it's mainly your fault in their eyes. The food taste different n looks different to other KFCs.
