PATHETIC!!!
After waiting in the drive through line for over 30 minutes I asked if I can please use the Restroom inside as I had not planned to sit in line for so long, they refused to open the facility for me, a paying FEMALE customer who has no other options and who has also been patiently standing in line for 30 MINUTES!!!!!!! Never in my life have I felt so humiliated. (Luckily a kind security guard showed me to a "restroom" eventhough I had to pay an extra R5.)
This is absolutely unacceptable and so unprofessional and most of all just completely inhumane.
This place will never see me again and I will make sure of it that neither my friends, family nor anyone I speak to in the future will go to the Oudtshoorn KFC.
From one Entrepreneur to another, your service is beyond Pathetic and your staff is irreparably incompetent!!!response / report this review -

Service was great and quick. Very friendly team members. The drive thru is tight with an odd sign right next to a parking bay, if a car is in the drive thru it makes it difficult to come out of the drive thru. You will then have to follow the cars out.

Worst service. Drive through people had an incredibly bad attitute. We then proceeded to wait more than 30 mins for a DRIVE THROUGH. We were told to wait next to KFC, and felt incredibly unsafe. We only got our food when we gave up on waiting and went in to complain. As an extra, the food was absolutely shocking. Will not visit again.
