Didn't give me the dunked wings, gave me standard wings. Not a problem, that happens Problem is that the POS device doesn't work at the collection window So had to park and come inside to swipe for the R10 for the dunking sauce Talk about INCONVENIENCE!

It took us about 40 minutes to get our order because there was no one at the other windows. We had place an order, pay and collect on the same window. KFC Meyersdal should get more people to work at night.

KFC is KFC. They standards are all the same. Poor quality of food. The staff is not the most friendly people in the world but they get the job done. They place has been recently renovated and looks really nice. The drive through is usually quite and is open 24 hour which is the best part. Its just and average poor quality KFC.

The queue was just ridiculous. .
This shouldn't be a fast food restaurant; as the food is not fast.
I reversed the minute I saw how long the drive through was and went in to order. It didn't help.
My suggestion is they hire more staff during lunch shifts and month end.

I’ve been sitting in the drive thrI for over 20 minutes. There is only one window that you order,pay and collect your food from! I’m third in line at the moment and I don’t even want to think about how long I’m going to sit and wai, seeing that im boxed in with cars infront and at the back of me.

The driver in front of me was so irritated and agitated that he started hooting and shouting at the driver in front of himthe drivers at the back started reversing out.

This system is not effective at all!

Worst ever! While placing our order we got told that there was no chips, no coke and no serviettes only paper towel! For a second I almost thought they would turn around and say no chicken! How you run a 24hrs KFC with no stock like that is shocking!

Extremly poor service drive through is absolutely useless. Inside you wait at least 20 minutes before any service is offerd recommending not to go to this kfc at all rated one star but would prefer to give a minus 5

Staff member closed the drive through as we got there. He looked at us stopped in front of his makeshift barricade with complete disinterest then walked inside without bothering to talk to us or at least ask us to come inside and order

Food generally good. One of the better KFC's in area. Always double check irder, they tend to forget to pack everything. Beggars outside is a real problem.

Service is totally terrible You wait a lifetime and the food is still horrible. There's more beggars here than good service? Then there's the famous question of would you like to donate R2 to feed a child? I should get a free KFC bucket for all the R2's I've donated.

Food is 9.5/10 really good. Staff is usually friendly.
Love the new drive-through area.
Only negative thing is that there A LOT of beggars in that area and no sign of security at KFC.

This KFC is definitely the best in alberton. They have always been friendly and efficient. I drive to this one rather than the one in town that's closer to me.
