  Waiter was really on point. Food was great Love their subs and upstairs seating. Not very spacious but great for small groups. Kiddies play area;-)

  The level of service is just poor. There's no sense of urgency. The staff was just busy on their phones and sitting energy drinks. Even after my meal I had to go request my bill since my waiter was just chatting up a storm with his colleagues. I would like the store to train their staff that customer satisfaction is the what keeps the business going. I am very disappointed with the level of service to be honest. I wouldn't even recommend this place to any of my friends, colleagues and family.

  The service was horrible and it's the 5th time I have ordered food and it came over an hour later the managers have a bad attitude we had to even beg for bill

  The pizza was disgusting. It was as if i was eating a bottle of tomato sauce. That was a horrible first and last for me.

  I had the worst experience ever and it's not first time ,
  I thought I could give the place a second chance but was highly disappointed . After the waiter added a sauce with notify me that it was an additional amount , my son had to go look for her as we needed a glass of water ,the bill can I asked the response was shocking she immediately left after I paid no thank you . Ai shame Bad bad

  The service there is out of this world. The staff is so friendly and they always smilling, theres one by the name of Cindy, she knows how to treat customers. Keep up the good work Cindy
