They got my order wrong! After waiting for 20min. Then gave me a slip for R1.50 for onion rings after paid R49.00. After they tried to fix that I said to give my money back. Had to wait another 20min to get my money back. Will NOT support them again! They are useless. Even the "manager Themba" it does not even desirve a star but have to click to continue. BAD BAD SERVICE

The food, as the Mac Dee's food always is, was great. However my order gor messed up. They gave half my order. Though they did rectify their mistake, it is annoying.

McDonald's Springs is the worse ever McDonald's ever. There is always 'n problem like not enough stock. I mean how could you not have enough stock?? Then you have to wait like 20 minutes just to get to the payment window and when you receive your food it is not what you ordered or the milkshake is so sweet you cannot drink it. When you phone through the call center they will tell you that Springs does not have milkshakes. Springs is definitely not a up to standard McDonald's. There is always a problem I have just waited now almost 30minutes because the system is down. Very bad service indeed

The drive tru gets very busy and this makes the queue very long for people going to the parking to get inside, the drive tru shold have been planned better so that it doesnt affect other drivers.

I only go to the drive through and usually you get your food quickly. The taste and quality is adequate, most times. They do mess up orders every now and again, but nothing major. Overall the staff are friendly in my experience.

Absolutely awful food! The milkshakes are sickeningly sweet! The service is POOR, as is the food. They have found a way to stuff up a tried and tested franchise recipe. Astounding

I did not get the meal that I ordered. I have tried for 10 minutes to phone them and ask them to bring me the correct order, no way of getting hold of them! This is not the first time this happens!
