They don't bother to respond to MR Delivery Food order. Don't waste your time. The refund process alone is a nightmare.

Horrible horrible experience. Got in the drive threw No one to take orders. 4 cars before me, 3 cars behind me. We could not go anywhere. 45 minutes later, had my order. We had to wait it out. Order, pay and wait by the last window. Workers disappeared and could not be bothered about the situation outside. Poor service delivery.

The service in the morning is always slow when I need to buy breakfast. Its either i wait for a cashier to place an order or the order taking long to be ready. It happens each time I buy break fast

Because they never have whats advertised or even on the menu! Make absolute no effort whatsover to satisfy a customer. Their drive through is never operational. This place will certainly never see me again, and i will make sure all my friends and family knows how this KFC operates

Early morning drive through has limited staff. Waiting time can be up to 15 minutes. Food is freshly made though.

Pathetic and extremely slow, and not the first time !! First 3 items i ordered they dont have one or more ingredients in stock. One of them being cheese, and there is a Superspar literally 100m from the front door. Luckily there is a Nandos next door.
