As far as KFC’s in Bloemfontein go, this one is the best. Friendly staff get the right order and deliver it fresh and fast. I can’t remember if they ever ran out of any menu items I ordered (Unlike two of the others). Best drive through service in Bloem too. I wish there could be more parking spaces though

So there I was, hungry enough to eat a horse after watching the Shimlas beat Wits, so I decided to get myself a bucket of 24 piece Zinger Wings and a Zinger Burger (With zinger sauce). Keep in mind that I love zinger wings and spicy zinger burgers and order them quite often. I could barely contain myself as my stomach had already started to dissolve it's lining halfway through the game, and as I got home I tore into the burger like a ravenous animal. It felt like I had just kissed the Devil himself. I would have been better off eating molten lava. Zinger is one thing, demolishing my internal organs with fire is another. Toilet paper is currently in the freezer, tomorrow morning is going to be interesting.wish me luck

Very nice place, staff were very friendly even when i ordered a special order not usually on the menu. Good food and quite fast as well.

Pathetic service. Don't go there, they suck. Was in the drive through queue and when I got to the window to pick up my food, I waited a few minutes and was asked to move my car, as they were timed on the service they provide, and I must move to the parking lot, not to mess up their time statistics. They will bring out my food to the parking lot. I just refused. Never again KFC, can I give a negative rating?

BAD SERVICE. Cannot even make a twister, as they don't have the all the ingredients necessary!!!! Always arrogant workers, look at you like the cat dragged you in. Looks like they don't need customers, as their pay just fall out of the sky. Will never see me waste my time and money there. Rather go to good burger, and order a good chick burger, bigger and taste much better than this kak KFC is dishing up, IF THEY HAVE THE INGREDIENTS.

Slow service. Sometimes only one till open in peak times. No management. Long queues in drive through. I have been repeatedly disappointed with this branch. Wish I could give less than one star

Despite the place being clean and new, we felt that the queues could have been better managed, there were loads of people simply skipping ahead and pushing in, it must also be noted that it was very late at night and there were quite a few inebriated individuals who were not playing nicely. The staff however were friendly and efficient, we just needed more cashiers up front to manage the growing queue.
