The new Hobbit looks amazing and clean. The new look Hobbit gives the howl theme of lord of the rings with beautiful paintings of J.R.R. Tolkien make it just an amazing experience. Thumbs up!!!! And professional service

Excellent boutique hotel. And the former home of J.R.R Tolkien. Even though it there where renovations underway during my stay. The warm staff, clean room and quality bed more than maid up for it.

Room is spacious but the furniture is worn down and outdated. My room had nothing to do with Tolkien nor with his stories. Breakfast was ok.
Also, tolkien wasn't born here. He was born a few roads away.
