When looking for a property in Ramsgate a year ago, an experience with one of the local JUST PROPERTY agents left us bewilded. What had we ever done to be treated so rudely - this woman treated us like scum.
Anyway, we now looking for a new apartment to rent, but hopefully to buy within a year. The ideal apartment is UNFORTUNATELY represented by another Just Property agent.
Well, we still waiting for return phones calls, after messaging and emailing numerous times. Are they that busy that they could not give a damn ? With over 1500 properties to choose from in Ramsgate, they have just made it easier - IF it is represented by JUST PROPERTY it is automatically eliminatedresponse / report this review -

The service at Just property in Margate has been nothing but revolting! Our apartment was broken into and nothing was done about any of the damages after the gate had been reported to be not working for a week until my work car was broken into, damaged and work phone was stolen. Not only that, they have charged us exorbitant administration fees after the lease was cancelled and the lease fee being paid. This after the landlord has agreed to pay us back our FULL deposit!!!
Moreover, there are many discrepancies with how they seem to be billing tenants. It is a shame because the landlord was kind. Also, we have wasted so much time and money trying to resolve this issue with no effort on their end (except with coming up with more fees of course) to resolve our issue. I am never using their services or referring anyone to use their services!response / report this review -

Not happy at the moment!!!! They should have relisted my property to rent last week already but nothing has been done.Phoned on Tuesday to ask about it and wasn't satisfied with response,my property was given to somebody else to relist who was supposed to contact me today.Guess what,she didn't!!!That is the service we pay for!!!They couldn't care less about my bond payment.Seriously thinking about looking for other agents.

Worst service ever. I have never in my life been treated so badly. We had a horrible ordeal on Thursday night the 27th April 2017 with all of our electronics and valuables being stolen while we asleep and no one from the Just property even enquired about our safety. On Sunday when we had agreed that we would vacate the premises by 10am the owner shows up with the armed security guard at 8am in the morning waiting for us to leave. We had to literally grab our belongings wake everyone up and leave. i am outraged and will recommend that no one uses Just Property if you want to enjoy and have a good break rather use someone else.
