  They should get half a star. Customer service is non-existent. Rather go through the pain of ordering any of their subscriptions from the UK. You will find the customer care far superior than from Jacklin. If you do deal with Jacklin, expect responses to queries in the weeks and months time periods.

  i have to give one star but would prefer giving none. i ordered two sets of books and paid on 5th and 6th of september . i sent them proof of payment 5 times and all i get back is they are handling it, now i get a call that they have listed me for non payment, how can i get my name back after rubbish they caused

  They advirtise and give you a list of stuff you can get from them and then change thier minds with out informing clients they use false advertising to get people to buy there products
