  Excellent rooms, very spacious. Very clean and neat. Good service. No air conditioning in some of the rooms but this isn't necessarily needed as Kokstad is generally cold. Situated near the Municipality and en route to Matatiele. Free WIFI

  Worst experience ever. We paid R1200 and the next day got and tax invoice of R600. Paid cash to the security on duty as he helped us in reception. When we enquired about the wrong amount on the tax invoice they said we only paid R600. So the other R600 "dissapeared". We wanted to speak to the manager and we were told he would not put us through. We will be taking this further.

  Absolutely stunning rooms, clean and spacious. Extremely accommodating on short notice. Felt like royalty!!
