It has good cashiers and till packers that have friendly smiles and have good security services as I once lost clothes that were situated in one of their trollies and the security guard kept it safe and never stole a thing which shows that they are trustworthy and loyal to their customers

The supermarket is big and clean. Plenty of parking space and ATMs by the door. Other shops within the shop space

It is the first time that I visited the store in Newcastle Pick n Pay store Newcastle. I did not have a smart shopper card so I lost all my discounts but amazingly the cashier did not even offer me a smart shopper card for future purchases
