Hoopers worst ever - brought car in for service to change one part, said cant change part with out changing other parts major labour cost then said more part required so all part already installed must come out so more labour change one that and extra labour cost to add new parts, dont know whta there are doing should know what parts required up front and should not charge extra labour cost for mistake on hopper side, look like want big comission on the expense of the client ,take advantage of client since we know nothing about cars and over charge wont even give other options that will suite your situation like other agents

They attened to me like i was their only customer. Kept me update with everything regarding the servicing of my vehicle. I collected my vehicle on time as promised and I didn't have money for my hand break but they sorted it out for me at no extra charge.lovely friendly service
