  During a visit to the Richards Bay Bluff Tyres my father was told to park his car on the ramps, upon asking for assistance he was told they were short staffed and he had to do it himself. The result, when he disembarked he fell and not only injured himself but broke his mobile phone. A telephone call to Bluff Tyres this morning resulted in Malcom promising to call me back, 5 hours later I am still waiting for feedback. Shocking service all round. My dad has always been a loyal Bluff Tyres customer. No more! Clearly the welfare of their customers is superceded by their desire to make money.

  Not very profesonal service , arrived at shop and found staff members lying around on the floor in the entrance to workshop. Not very willing to assist customers.

  Service is apalling. These guys have no clue about customer service. Their is a serious lack of technical knowledge of the various tyres, brands and tread patterns. I have had to make endless calls to the dealer and Continental customer care to resolve an issue that the dealer refuses to take responsibility for. While i pen this review, my issue is still unresolved. My advise.pay a bit more and go to a reputable tyre place.
