Spoke to Pieter about some noise I was getting from the engine.
After doing a lot of Googling I came to him with what I think we need to look at.
He immediately knew the workings of my car and stopped me from spending a lot of bucks. Car was done the next day and noise was gone.
Honesty goes a long way in my book and I will keep on using this branch for future services of my car, even if it is a bit out of my way :-)

GREAT sales team at Honda Westrand managed by Maxine. Elize was our sales consultant and she was fabulous! Well done guys. They went out of their way to make our deal work and to help us get my mom and dad tgeir dream Honda Jazz. The car is super practical, very safe and offer everything one would need in a small city car.

I have an old Honda Motorcycle of which parts are becoming more scarce. The gentleman who deals with motorcycle parts went above and beyond several times to help me source the parts that I needed in order to keep my bike running.
Apart from parts, the service staff have been helpful in giving me advice when I'm unsure about any of my mechanical components or promptly fitting a new sprocket set and chain.
The few times I was there they offered free chain tensioning and lubrication. (Not sure if they still do)response / report this review -

A Honda dealership that sells both cars and motorcycles with a repairs centre for Honda vehicles and motorcycles. Support staff are very friendly and knowledgeable on their products and capabilities.

Decent dealership. I come here annually to bring my vehicle for maintenance. The staff here have always been assisting to me and I get free hot chocolate and cappuccino whenever I come here.

The service you receive makes a compelling case to want to only drive Honda. Very professional. Basically a place where service standards is part of the customer experience. From the time you enter the shop to the time the purchase sale is concluded.

I handed my CBR 300R into them a month ago, they ignored the insurance's go ahead for repairs then they did the repairs but didn't send the invoice to the insurance company. Then they refused to release my bike even after I paid the excess, because they were waiting for the full payment that they didn't get because they didn't send in the invoice. Eventually today I got my bike back, it was dirty, dusty and when I was riding it home the gear lever (which they replace) came off WHILE I WAS RIDING!! Do not, I repeat do not, for the love of your bike use this Honda!!

Handed my Honda Crf 250L into them 5 weeks and 3 days ago till now ! Had to wait 2.5 weeks for insurance which wasn't their fault then when i give them the go ahead on my bike they said that they will order the parts and let me know when they arrive needless to say i had to phone then to ask them what is going on and then they spin me a whole story that no the one part that i need for my bike is out of stock (don't understand how u can run out of stock!!! Order more before you run out) but anyways then said that they will let me know on a definite eta for the part and once again i had to phone them 2 days after they were suppose to let me know and then they said my bike should be ready but latest the 18th !! It is now the 20th and according to the times above they are suppose to be open at 8:00 so i phone them at 8:30 and they just let their phones ring and ring and ring!! I eventually got hold of them at 9:45 when they now said it could take another day for my bike to be ready!! I am honestly disappointed on the service i have received from the service department!!!
