Service is non existent and sales staff uninformed. The Cashier was friendly, fast and helpful - the only reason I'm not giving one star. Sales poeple and Management suck!

The store is good. The salespeople are friendly and knowledgeable but this customer care and manager just don't give a damp. We had to wait for the customer service lady to saunter in. We were them told because we bought it online and didn't have the paper work and because the system was offline we would have to wait. I tried to talk to the manager who instead of using management skills to assure us it would be sorted out, just continued to blame us. Sadly. I left the shop and bought the aircon from another online vendor at R250 more rather than support bad service

Faulty washing machine. I have to return it. You do not come out and replace it. Terrible after care service.
