This is a store that actualy honors the guarantees on their products! Which is a bargain , staff dedication to customers loses them 1 star but overall pretty good experience

Ek is baie teleurgesteld in julle diens. Ek het telefonies met Gertrude bevestig dat julle 2 Merrington Inciner stoele in voorraad het. Ek wou na 17h00 by julle dit gaan koop. Weens "loadshedding" het ek en my man net na 13h00 na julle toe gekom om die stoele kontant te kom koop.
Jammer het dit nie vir my gedoen toe ek moes hoor dat hulle dit nie in voorraad hou nie, maar dat ek eers moes betaal en dan word dit bestel. Julle het nie net my tyd gemors nie, maar ook ons brandstof want my man moes eers van sy werk af ry om voertuie te wissel sodat ons die stoele kon oplaai.
Ek het julle klientediens geskakel en nou 2 ure later, nog steeds nie die bevestigings sms gekry wat belowe was nie.
Glad nie beindruk met julle nie!
