Store seems a bit outdated, dull and dark not at all as bright and Cheerful as the JHB branches, and building and interior lighting could do with an overhaul. Staff seem highly un-interested in clients roaming the store searching for assistance.

Collection department at the back of the store is a hell hole stuffed with incompetent staff who are poorly trained in customer service. I spent an Hour trying to collect an item I bought and paid for at the tills only to be saddled with busy but unproductive staff at collections.

Builder's is usually one of my favorite shops. Just don't go on a Sunday. You'll get more enthusiasm put of an old tree stump than you'll get from the floor staff.
