  Service is poor. I have an issue with my car. I had to keep following up and driving the process to try and resolve the issue. The dealership kept referring me to Toyota SA. Matter will now go before the Motor Industry Ombud.
  
  Coming from a service environment myself, I have serious doubts about whether the senior servicing people understand the concept of service.
  
  I find it to be a typical dealership. When it comes to taking money, all is done with a smile. When it comes to resolving your issue then there is a can't be bothered attitude.

  Fuel hose sprung a leak a few minutes before I showed up unannounced at Halfway Fourways Toyota - the guys didn't skip a beat! Car was up on the Jack's within minutes, and the problem fixed within an hour.

  Just great efficiency, attention and willingness to please customers at services. Issues with the infotainment system will be resolved under warranty and even a courtesy car provided due to how far away I work from Fourways and my reluctance to have my Prado serviced anywhere else. Shaun as service consultant was great in follow up and updating me on progress. Thanks Fazel

  I bought a Rav4 2013 model. First problem light bulb not working. A month later the accessories on the front bumper dislodged whilst driving on the freeway. I stopped at a safe distance and to my disgust the emblem was secured with double sided tape. I phoned them and took the car for inspection.that was 4 weeks ago still no response..all I can say. Im so disappointed. Best to do a proper inspection before buying from Halfway Toyota Fourways
  My first time having such an experience when buying a car.
