This is a great small mall with most necessities. Cross the road and get to another shopping centre with more stores.

It is always busy, it doesn't have nice shops. The mall needs to be kept clean at all times. Their ATMs are easily accessible, but get packed on pay days.

Started out as what could best be described as a mall for the township. Had attracted some relatively big players with dreams of making inroads in the township market where there's a lot of spending. There was once a Spur Restaurant, which closed around 2012. There had been talk of a Capellos opening up around 2010, but that never materialized. Although it can be somewhat regarded as a mall for the township, it never quite took off as a real mall.

    Relatively clean.

    On the Fashion side:
    - The Foschini Group have their Markhams store.
    - There's a Truworths.
    - A couple of other youth market fashion stores.

    Health and Beauty:
    - Clicks is there.

    Banking:
    - Standard Bank - satellite branch.
    - ABSA - satellite branch.
    - Nedbank - Full branch with an Old Mutual Customer Service Centre attached.

    Food retailers:
    - Shoprite with Shoprite Liquors
    - Spar with Tops Liquors

    Other:
    - DStv customer service Centre
    - Furniture stores

The mall gets packed on any given day. As such there can be plenty of opportunists when you're outside the safe haven of the mall. Make sure therefore you keep your eyes wide open.

There's plenty of parking on the deck and you're safer parking there as the mayhem from taxis in the area can be disconcerting.

The mall is a worthwhile experience and like everywhere else it has its challenges, but that just adds to the character.

The efficient use of space to cater for small businesses like local shoemakers and tailors etc adds to the vibrancy and overall appeal that is distinctively 'township'.
