Loved the little bunnies running around. My nephew who was with us has multiple allergies and the staff took it in their stride. We were a party of 14 and the service was smoothly executed. They were renovating their reception area and we were warned of this and taken in through a alternative entrance

Supper .. not great
Breakfast.. not great
I arranged for Braai stand 24 hrs in advance ,they told me they would deliver.. boy was I disappointed.. they even closed 'reception. What a Waste of petrol money to get here in the first place and then get this kind of service. They are only a 1/5 because they arranged a cake for us.

Enjoyed the paid for bass Fishing experience, however was approached by unfriendly and rude staff who asked my family not to sit on chairs that were scattered everywhere and not to eat or drink anything bought from outside. If there are such strict rules please post them visibly so that everyone could see and abide by them. Also please be consistent in the enforcement of your rules an apply them to everyone.

Yes i did pay the R50 that was required of me, however all I received was a receipt of payment, i was not asked to sign any indemnity. Staff should be questioned about this. I have fished there many times without signing any indemnity. To further clarify the situation my family was asked not to sit on any of the chairs due to the reason "if something happins" stated by the gentleman who approached us. I do however understand about the food and drink's policy as i also regularly buy from the cafe.

Lots of nice views and has the Park run which is excellent. Was a nice place to stay, just being neglected and going down very quickly. Poor hygiene, smaller/shorter menus. Most items on the menu are not in stock. Poor customer service/management.
