Fantastic place. Just a shame security did not reprimind/stop bunch of people in flat around no 26 to stop drinking and playing loud music contineouly during chrismas week end.what a shame towards a well maintained complex.

One room self catering apartment. Clean, sufficient cutlery etc. Grounds are well kept. Massive gym for fitness enthusiasts. Pool clean. Hotel and bar closed but resort was quiet. Enjoyed my stay

Staff unprofessional. Trying to force us out at 15:00 on Sunday 20 February whereas we were booked until 21 February. Room was dirty. No soap or shampoo in shower. Towels very old and full of holes as big as golf balls. King size bed fitted with double bed linen. Dinning room overcrowded. Only 5 TV channels indication that they do not cater for Rainbow nation. No manager or housekeeper available.
No value for money. Cannot recommend to the next person.response / report this review -

My husband and I stayed there for 7 days in November last 2021 and the overall experience was pleasant. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast we had every morning was delicious and the resort was peaceful. The two bad things were the wifi as it only worked on day one of our arrival and on the last night of our stay. Also our linen was not changed for the duration of our stay, so that was a huge NO for us, but other than that the room was very clean.

Lovely staff and wonderful breakfast. Rooms are quite small and there is very little to do on-site. It is however a wonderful base to explore from.

Our first room was awful, the bathroom was filled with mold. The second one was a little bit better, but had also a few things to correct. Also a few others of our group needed to changed their room. I can totally not recommend that resort

It is nice place to chill with friends and family but Maintenance needs serious improvement, rooms, bathrooms, and why did they remove the TV from Bar? , last week we ended up booking to some guest house due to what i've just mentioned. The manager must look into this matters before they start losing customers.

This is the place to be, if you do not want to do anything.
Units are reasonable clean but maintenance can be improved. Some have a longish walk from the parking.
Patio and braai was the best of the units. Inside the lounge set should be replaced. Bedroom and kitchen was satisfactory.
The garden was well maintained and in good condition.
A small restaurant is available.
A golf course is just across the street.

Rooms small but comfortable. A bit overcrowded with groups. Amble parking. Nice gardens. Food well prepared and presented. Staff is sometimes overwhelmed and forgets simple things like wake-up calls.

Self catering chalets cannot be faulted. Kitchen apoears to have been renovated. My complaints about the mattress and DSTV channels were speedily resolved.

Nicely situated in a very calm environment the resort has a pool and a beautiful view a lot of space to take a walk the playing area is huge but the only disappointment is the staff they are so so unprofessionaland have no clue as to what to do during check in they need training

Great place for family. We were home away from home. Felt safe. But Mpumalanga and its summer bugs were not fun. Its perfect for girls or boys weekend away as well.

we received the best service ever, the staff was very friendly and helpful in everything.
i loved their clean cotton soft feel bedding - very neat.
i would recommend this establishment 100% and will definitely go book over there again.
