There are no air corns, bathroom are old,showers are very old and have that untidy look. The beds are not comfortable, the rooms don't smell nice they should put air fresheners

Very friendly and helpful staff. Management is always around to help. Rooms are neat and clean. Bartender's struggled cope with high volumes of people at certain times. Overall it was a great stay and experience. Special thanks to Francois for making our function a great success.

After booking self catering accommodation there are no chairs to sit on inside or outside the unit. Only a kettle, mugs and teaspoons provided. You are not permitted to have a drink at your unit. The place is in need of attention. At the price there are better options.

Had a gecko crawling in the room in the evening and had no assistance besides security personnel. Should have a 24hr administration for such incidences. Rooms clean though and great place for kids. 5 star pool

We had an absolutely amazing experience, we went there for a church conference Accomodation but I definitely want to come back with my family and friends.

I only gave it three stars because their wedding plannimg is really good. The service, chapel and reception was of good quality.The food was excellent. Nelspruit is a hot area and both rooms/units we ocupied did not have an AC. The cash bar was pricey-R18 a can of cooldrink is really steep. The bedding smells bad and it is clear that they have not been washed in a while. I do not enjoy smelling a stranger's sweat while I try to sleep. The fans in the room are older than what I am and do not function properly. The bathrooms had a urine smell and the floor was sticky. I feel the lodgings does not do the stars the lodge has been awarded justice. The decent quality coffee and tea they supply does improve the quality by a bit but does not make up for the lack of hygiene. It is expected that a place like Bundu lodge would clean the unit after every occupant. This expectation is not met. The shower head pressure is very weak. For the price you pay this is not acceptable. Summary: For a wedding it is a very good option but for staying over it is an unhygienic option. The staff though are friendly. Note: people in wheelchairs will struggle to get around as the place is built on a hill. To be noted: Bundu lodge management did come back to us to inquire about our complaint. They apologised and promised to work on it. I think that takes great professionalism and I commend Bindu lodge on that.
