Terrible telephone etiquette, you never go through to sales, just get cut off or put on hold, waste of airtime and time !!!!!!!

Bad service I have ever received, no competence when it comes to telphone quotations, all they do is transfer you from 1 person to the other & your call will be cut without being helped.

Bad i stopped at the booysens branch at 4:55 pm thy refused to help me told me that thye close at 5pm but the website states 5:30
