Saw everything 4 Cheetahs, 2 lions, 1 leopard, elephants, Buffalos, hyena by Lower Sabie whilst having a breakfast all round wonderful day out very hot as well

The pictures on the website is far more inviting than the actual rooms. The facilities needs a little bit of an upgrade. Staff rushed us to finish our meal (so they could knock off) and the monkeys are completely out of control to the point where I got chased by about 10 of them (super scary).

I and my family stayed there for two nights. The rooms are really nice and cosy. The food is really good and I do recommend the activities they offer. There were some troubles with the wifi, moreover the wifi was very limited, both in speed as in capacity. Anyway, I have nice memories of my stay over there.

Worst experience ever. Staff unfriendly, accommodation shocking for 3 people and food not up to standard at all.
My husband and I took our 4 year old granddaughter with us for a weekend away and what a nightmare. Upon arrival staff were unprofessional as they all seemed like they were new and not sure what was going on. Our room was tiny and not appropriate for 3 people. Food, they did not cater for a 4 year old and had no special kiddies menu.
Room was not clean, kettle had old dirty water in!!! For goodness sake at least make sure it is emptied for the next people.response / report this review -

Thank you so much for a wonderful getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with you. Staff were friendly and professional and we loved the personalized service. Facilities were beautiful and very clean. Food was amazing. Five stars for sure!
