We bought a seemingly stunning "genuine" leather lounge suite in 2013. We thought buying Grafton Everest meant buying quality. No. This was not the case. We were so convinced of the quality of the lounge suite that we took it with us when we moved to the UK. We have 2 months left to pay off the lounge suite and within the last year, the "genuine leather" (in other words, budget plastic) has cracked badly in numerous spots, the foam stuffing in the arm rests dissipated into nothingness, and the mechanism on the recliner has broken. Twice. Horribly disappointed in this so called "quality" brand. If you feel like wasting R30 000 on something, I would recommend wasting it elsewhere.
