Never sent my windshield check form through to my insurance, despite saying they would. Disappointing

The sales lady refused to take on a chip repair and suggested a windscreen replacement. I got repair done successfully at their opposition who suggested a 5% failure probability. The security at entrance to business park interrogates random vehicles without reason which makes accessing the business a challenge to begin with. I will not use them in future.
