I have been negotiating a deal for a BMw for my sister for almost three weeks they made me cancel other deals just to do business with them promising me the world once the deposit was paid, they had no interest in us. Service delivery is not on. Definitely won't be buying from them again #youknowwhoyouare #dontchasemoney

Possibly one of the best BMW dealerships in SA! Had an emergency while on holiday in Durban. Awesome professional customer service from Malcolm Charles, who slotted my vehicle in, and while I waited kept me informed. Friendly and polite staff all round. Sat in one of their massage chairs 👍!

Recently bought a Bmw 328i from these guys.They booked a flight for me to come pick up my car..they even pourèd a full tank for me.Im 750km from Durban but everytime i want a bmw ill go to Supertech😉.Thanks Philani👈.

I experienced good Customer care. I had a nice cup of hot chocolate. My service advisor keep me updated about my car as they are busy on it at Supertech. service is excellent.

Excellent and professional service. I am based in PMB but do my services at Supertech. They gave me the best deal on new tyres. Ashraf from parts is very helpful and they offer cheaper rates than PMB.

Terrible Service surprised that they even doing business.. have no way of speaking to customers, they have the nerve to call back and complain that I am irritating them by calling?? Been over 2 weeks I applied for a curtesy car no one gets back to you about it. A lady I dealt with Caroline hardly ever takes calls never answers her phone while I ask the receptionist to transfer me to her.. never picks up her office or cell. Even the guy I spoke to Arif is a complete waste of time complains I call often and im nagging him. Really disgusted by this branch and it's workers!

I'm a long time BMW customer and have had experience with most branches down the kzn coast but the worst customer experience I've had has been at BMW Supertech. I had a breakdown and my car was unfortunately towed to Supertech as the closest branch and my car has been there close on three weeks without even an attempt by the staff to get me mobile. Even getting an update on the status of the vehicle is like pulling teeth! I would not voluntarily go back there for anything
