Small casino. Food options limited.As camera equipment is not allowed in the casino we were not allowed in with our camera. We had to deposit it in safekeeping for the duration of our visit. Strange as every cell phone has a camera and there is no restrictions on cellphones.

I would like to win a Jackpot that is more than R1000! Want the attendance to come to me and congratulate me, never happens to me before and I visit Garden Route sometimes twice a week. It is my favorite place to be.

Today I had a bad experience at this local casino. Had 2 grand jackpot coins on the machine and when trying to choose the next the machine did not allow it. Assistant came and reset machine and pressed one of the coins which only gave mini jackpot. Lost out on possible R67000. Marcus the Manager said it was malfunction and they could not do anything about it as the machines do not have a log to see what behind the coin was which did not work on touch screen. I spent more than R3700.00 on machine without any payout I could show. Rip off at this casino. Will be taking it to NGB as I feel they should have at least given my money back. Will not suggest this as entertainment at all. It surely is not my mistake if their machines malfunctions, not once but twice. Lost out big time😡😡😡

It is a place where you can go and relax and have a little bit of fun and took your mind of life's dialy busy schedules. They have a game centre where your kids can play while you're try your luck on the different slots with a cold beer and afterwards you and the kids can have a nice mael at one of their restaurants once done then your can book your kids in the care Center while you and wifey go too Bravo lounge and enjoy the different live bands together with a drink and if it's too late after a day's of fun you can book your family in the hotel and staying for the night

Always a lovely place to go for a gamble. They have kept up to date over the years. Great entertainment bar and a lovely hotel. Buffet at restaurant is a winner

The staff is very friendly and competent. The food is nice. Some of the stews and curries have bery cheap cuts that is very boney. I have never heard of stroganoff with mince..

Boktown visit was amazing. Really enjoyed the Boks vs the French. Thanks for my Bok beanie! Awesome big surprise. Met all my friends from Post Net! What a nice group of people! Cant wait for next weeks game! Bok town is tops!

Look, it's a nice place with stunning views and all, but don't expect that its family orientated by any measure. The kiddies creche is pathetically small and under equipped. The arcade area is one of the smallest I have ever seen in any casino. Imagine a few second hand machines crammed in the space of a double garrage and you may catch My drift.
My family and I have been to many Sun casinos and this is by far the one I enjoyed the least.
I will visit a Sun casino again, but definitely not this one.response / report this review
