They take forever to answer the phone when you call the store and when they finally do answer and have to transfer your call to the relevant department the people in different departments never answer the phone.

There is always no staff on the floor to assist customers. and when you do find someone they say they will announce for the relelvant person to come attend but after 10min nobody pitches. this has happened to us over 5 times.

I am really disappointed. I bought a chair and while assembling it I found a piece to be missing. A simple rubber piece that would ensure that you don't get scratches on your floor and that your chair would be level. When I went to customer service the staff argued about who would help customers. The chair was replaced in the end after waiting for the manager to get to customer service and having to check that all the pieces were present this time around and then having to stand in the queue again for the refund voucher. I will not be purchasing anything from this Game again seeing that it costed more to go back (petrol, parking and time) and get a new chair than it would have been to replace the piece that they forgot to include.

We ordered a tumble dryer more than 2 weeks ago and was told the tumble dryer would be delivered the following weekend. We still haven't received the tumble dryer and every time we contact the the store they say they will check and get back to us.
They never get back to us!
We have called at least 5 times, been transferred at least 3 times per call had to wait 30 minutes per call and every time they say they will get back to us. (We checked they have the correct cellphone number)
