Pathetic service, waited in line for a long period only to see a lady who has some relation with the sales and service assistant, no ticket nothing gets served quick and fast while we all still sit and wait for our turns.

FNB branch has been closed for weeks wit no.notification as to why. Your customer service centre has no idea why its closed or when it will open.
I always bragged that FNB was the most professional bank but now I wonder. Perhaps someone in your organization could update me.

Branch currently closed (20/07/2020). Waste of time and petrol. Wish some sort of notification was given via sms or some sort of social platform

The branch was very busy and there was no employee at collections. Everyone who came for collections was forced to join the general enquiry queue. This led to a waiting time of over 1 hour.

Beautiful - sea view, interesting shops - all under one roof. So much to do - ice skating rink, movies - kids play areas! Nice alternative from the beach on a rainy day!

Such a nice place, so many stores and a large variety of restaurants. The mall is kept clean and bathrooms are maintained very well. In the heat of summer some areas are not cooled sufficiently but that has been improving. Security is always friendly and there to help. The mall is constantly being improved.
