Took my car in for a insurance assessment, even though it was very busy, someone immediately attended to me. I waited a short while in the busy que after my details were taken and my assessment was done within 3 minutes. The staff were super friendly and very professional. Would definitely go there again for anything relating to windshield repairs

Bad for business, arrived at glassfit at 08h15, no reception. Fitter on the floor sent me to the service agents, was greeted by one and told I'll be with you in a short while. 10 minutes without update or inquiring me to why I was here seems a bit long for a 'short' while. Needless to say I left, went to PG AUTOGLASS, was helped as I walked in, left within 30 minutes of my assessment, repairs and paperwork. So Tell me about service

Seems to be trusted by many Insurance companies, it's very busy, in 2 hours waiting with my wife for her Merc windscreen fitting people were in and out sent by Insurances to evaluate their new cars.

Quick and efficient service, one of the service provided is they verify the condition of a vehicle prior to new insurance policies are activated. They repair and replace automotive glasses.

I got stuck in traffic and they had just closed when I eventually got there. It was raining and there was no space to park under the shelter. The lady grabbed her tablet pc and I gave her my umbrella and she did the inspection. Wonderful service from this place.
