Restaurant itself is original and great looking. Food was an utter disappointment (bland as can be) and completely over priced for what was delivered , ordered the award winning rump steak which I asked to be changed to a fillet and was not done(referred it to the gentleman on duty and was told there was a miscommunicationthat's a sad response ). Specials weren't offered and the delay between the starter and main meal was a cherry on the cake.

Had soul and calamari it was delicious. Not cheap but well worth the price. Had the veg it was okay nothing great.

Was not blown away, our food was not warm when it arrived. My prawns tasted watery The steak was ok. waiters playing phones while they work

We were very nervous about eating here as were the only customers on a very quiet out of season Monday night. Glad we stayed as the steaks were outstanding , excellent chips and vegetables , cosy atmosphere and very friendly service from our waiter-in -training. Definitely the best restaurant we ate at in Margate , after a couple of very so-so evenings.

Great place with unique vibe and friendly waiters unfortunately does not make up for broken en leaking toilets and dry steak. I think this place is a lot better during peak season.
