This is one of the best vets in the northern suburbs and they are open 24hrs for emergencies.
They also provide and ambulance service if you cannot transport your pet for treatment.
The team has been my primary caregiver for 18yrs and looked after both my bulldogs.response / report this review -

I'd suggest this veterinary hospital to anyone and all pet lovers, they are specialised and will offer more services and identify problems far better than the average vet. If you aren't sure in any emergency situation, this is the place to come.

Very efficient helpful staff. Well run practice. But does not come cheap. Wish they would offer free followups and some leaner fees.

Well trained staff. Knowledgeable vet! They managed to save my pets life. The ladies at reception at awesome and friendly. The vet on duty pays attention to detail. My pet is still alive thanks to the awesome team. I'm truely grateful. Thanks team!!

Excellent care provided however when i took my dog in on sunday for stitches i was told it was R1200 just consultation fee because it was Sunday. I called around and found another 24hr vet for just under R700 consultation fee. I understand the costs of things are high but its a bit extreme to put such high consultation costs on. My girl literally needed like 4 stitches. Thankfully i found another vet who i could afford to fix her up for me as i did not have R1200 to put up front on the table without even knowing how much they were going to charge overall for the stitches and medications.

The staff here are amazing! My grumpy little Max is so much livelier after his surgery. I highly recommend Dr Atkinson.

Always helpful and kind. They're not the cheapest but they provide quality healthcare and I can't fault them at all. Will keep using for food and vet needs to support them.

Caring people, excellent service. I have used their 24 Hour emergency service many times in the past - they are always available and willing to help which is especially appreciated during those traumatic times when ones beloved pets are injured or ill.
