Samantha at Somerset Mall helped me last year to get tickets to Bangkok. She I'd very friendly and professional. I fell sick and could not fly. She cancelled my ticket and still helped my son who then had to fly alone. Unforeseen things happened which was not planned. After he got back, she helped with s refund regarding transport that was paid upfront. I shall recommend Sam to friends and family. Thank you for everything Sam. Regards Irene

I would not do business with this branch. They have a staff member who likes to write bad reviews on the internet which is highly unnecessary. I would not like to go to this branch of Flight Centre as this person might just be rude to me as a customer. She was very rude and even rude in her review she wrote, attacking me as a person. Perhaps she will read this review and will receive a taste of her own medicine.
