  Had a late Lunch on the 01st Sept 2016, how very disappointing as a customer who always has my lunches there after my meetings at Carlton Centre.
  1stly as we confidently entered the restaurant our mood was dampened by the waiter who seemed very tired and uninterested in serving us.
  2ndly, the table he directed us to was dirty and sticky from the previous guests. It took what seemed to be so much of an effort for our waiter to clean the table.
  3rd, he left us with the menus and returned after 4mins of waiting to speak to us while passing and not really attending to us. I would have been more understanding if the restaurant was busy but it was not. I saw 3 waiters standing around being playful at the door.
  Eventully he took our drinks order to come back with the wrong drinks!!!!
  4th, the food came and was cold, the salt and pepper holders where sticky and full of grab from the other guestswhat a great way to make a person loose his appetite.
  After reporting it to the manager, he came looking very untidy with his white shirt sticking out and seemed very amused and excited like he was on a high, which made us wonder what was amusing about a dirty table and a dirty salt containers.
  As a loyal customer of Spur Carlton Centre i will NOT be returning there!!!!!
